Incorporating lymphatic flow techniques into your routine can improve your overall wellness. It can lead to significant enhancement. This is especially true when paired with the calming practices of Yin and restorative yoga. These modalities not only promote relaxation but also support the body’s natural detoxification processes, making them essential for women’s health. Adding breath work into this mix deepens the experience, allowing for greater mindfulness and connection to the body. By integrating meditation, you create a holistic approach to self-care. It nurtures both the mind and body. It fosters a sense of tranquility and balance. This tranquility and balance resonate long after your practice.

During practice we focus on breath and being in the pose, leading to a deeper sense of relaxation. Wind-down and Restore with this indulgent practice.

Lymphatic System:
Lymph Fluid v Blood. Lymph Fluid moves by muscular contractions. In contrast, Blood moves as a result of the heart pumping. Physical movement like Yoga is a tool to increasing lymphatic flow.
“Lymph vessels are collectors of the protein rich fluid Lymph; the vessels transport the Lymph fluid. Your Lymph nodes are the filtering stations. There are around 600 – 700 lymph nodes in the human body. The study of the Lymphatic System is in no way finished. Research is ongoing into this vast field of the Lymphatic System.”
